A La Péche Bakery was created when founder Phoebe was tired of wasting money on subpar gluten free products and settling for one disappointing dry and bitter cake after another. It seemed to be impossible to find good quality, flavorful and wholesome gluten free baked goods, especially when it came to French bakery items whose indulgence, balance and delicate qualities are notoriously difficult to replicate. Thus, Phoebe began experimenting in her kitchen with different flour blends, ingredient ratios and baking methods to develop truly divine French inspired cakes and cookies that are as light, delicate and flavorsome as their original gluten containing counterparts.

With recipes perfected, Phoebe determined to share her delicious treats with the rest of the gluten free community, so they too, could experience the true sumptuousness of French baking. On this mission, A La Péche was born.
