Are all your products gluten-free? Plus

Yes! All our products are 100% gluten free. We use certified gluten free ingredients to make our cookies and everything is baked in an isolated environment without contact with gluten-containing foods/surfaces

Do your cookies contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives? Plus

No. We never use any artificial ingredients.

What allergens are present in your cookies? Plus

Treenuts (Almond, Pecan), Sesame, Milk (from butter).

Are your products suitable for vegetarians? Plus

Yes

How long do your cookies stay fresh? Plus

Unopened, our cookies retain their taste and texture for 12 months from production date. The Best By date is printed on every pouch for your reference.

Can I freeze your cookies for later use? Plus

Yes, absolutely. Just thaw at roon temperature for 1-2 hours before enjoying.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take? Plus

Once your order is processed, delivery time generally takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location in the US. We use UPS as our carrier.

What are your shipping rates? Plus

We offer a low flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order. Free Delivery is available for orders over $49 with code 'FREESHIP'

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? Plus

Please contact us if your product is imperfect in any way. We can offer a replacement order or full refund.

What is the minimum order for wholesale accounts? Plus

Generally MOQ for wholesale orders is 2 Cases (12 pouches per case) but we are happy to work with you if you'd like to start out with a smaller order.

Can I get samples for wholesale consideration? Plus

Absolutely! Just send a sample request to phoebe@alapechebakery, including your business name and address, and the flavors you'd like to sample.

Special Requests
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom gift messages? Plus

Yes! Simply add gift wrapping to your cart. Our bespoke gift wrapping includes a keepsake gift box, tissue paper and premium notecard. Please include any messages you want to include in the order notes.

Can I place a custom order for a special event? Plus
