Rooted in the French culture of loving good food and savoring the little pleasures in life, our mission at A La Pêche is simple: to bring more moments of enjoyment and connection to the everyday lives of our customers.

Inspired by classical French baking and craftsmanship, we reinvent traditional French cookies using only gluten-free, all natural ingredients and globally sourced flavors. The result? Simply the best, most wholesome, indulgent French treats you’ll ever taste that bring a new level of excellence to any occasion.

Since when did snacking become so complicated? Since when did every sweet treat we eat contain unappetizing amounts of synthetic fibers, sweeteners, and ultra-processed protein powders, eaten always on the go or in front of our desks. Since when did snacking stop being enjoyable?

As a registered dietitian and celiac, I struggled to find quality, indulgent snacks that I wanted to eat. It seemed that everything gluten-free on the market was also claiming a million different benefits but lacked the most important thing of all: enjoyment.

I created A La Pêche with the mission of bringing the fun, pleasure, and connection back into snacking (without sacrificing on quality of course!) Tasting our products, I hope that customers will be transported from their hectic, on-to-go schedules and into a moment of pure indulgence, where they can simply be in the present and savor the good food, connect with good company, and remember that it is the little pleasures in our everyday that makes life so special.
